When will my order be shipped?

1. When the products you purchase are in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. If you purchase products durin the weekend, they will be shipped on Monday.

2. In case of sudden out-of-stock situations or pre-sale products, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of at least one week. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.

3. We arrange holidays for many festivals in the world, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and so on. During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.

How do you ship the orders?

We use shipping platforms like USPS, UPS, etc., but currently, we do not support specifying the shipping method. 

How can I track my order?

1.Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link that you can click on to track your order.
  • Copy the "Tracking Number" of your parcel first.
  • Click the "Tracking Link" which matches the tracking number, paste the "Tracking Number",then click the "Track" or other symbols to search. There will be the logistics information of your parcel.

2. Look for the above information by opening the email you provided when you placed order, which usually will be sent to you from service@seekheart.com within 48 hours.

3. If you still don't know how to track your parcel, please contact us service@seekheart.com and provide the following information at the time of ordering as much as possible, so that we can give you feedback as soon as possible.

(3) The order number
(4) The Transaction ID or the Invoice ID

5. Delivery time may be affected by various reasons. If the parcel is delayed, please wait patiently for 2-3 days or contact your local post office for advice, or contact customer service to confirm the situation.

How to cancel an order or change address information:

1. If you need to cancel an order, please contact service@seekheart.com within 24 hours of purchase.

2. In most cases, orders will be processed and shipped on the same day. Therefore, once an order is submitted, it is almost impossible to cancel.

3. If the order cannot be canceled and you no longer need the package, please try to refuse the package. If refusing the package is not possible, follow the return policy.

4. After the refund, it will take 3-7 working days to receive the refund, depending on the bank's transfer process.

What is the shipping fee?

What is your 30 Day Price Match Guarantee?

1.If you find that any product purchased from SeekHeart has a better price on SeekHeart within 30 days of placing your order, please email us at service@seekheart.com with a screenshot/ product link of the discounted price. We will refund the difference as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the email). 2.
