Delivery Methods
We primarily work with shipping carriers like USPS and UPS. If these carriers are unable to deliver effectively, please contact us.

Local Warehouse
We have two main local warehouses: one located in California and the other in New Jersey. Based on inventory and proximity, we prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse to ensure that products are delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Order Delivery Time
1.Your order is typically shipped within 12 to 48 hours. If the order is placed over the weekend, there may be a slight delay, and it will be shipped on the next business day. We appreciate your understanding.
2.If an item becomes suddenly out of stock, we will notify you immediately and contact you urgently to offer the option to either wait for restocking or receive a refund.(Of course, we will do our best to ensure that this does not happen.)
3.To ensure the legal rights of SeekHeart team members, we may not process orders or ship during holidays, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc. This may result in a slight delay in shipping (approximately 2-3 days). We appreciate your understanding if we are unable to process your request in a timely manner.

Modify Shipping Address
1.If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@seekheart.com. We will do our best to update it with the correct information before the order is shipped.
2.Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to change the shipping address. At that point, we encourage you to work with us to actively contact the courier company, so the package can be redirected to your correct address as quickly as possible.

If the package arrives when I am not at home, what should I do?
1.If the package arrives when you are not at home, the courier will place it in a secure location. If they are unable to find a safe place to leave the package, you will receive an email with instructions on the next steps, or you may find a card in your mailbox with further information.
2.If your package has been delivered to the local delivery center, it will be held there for 10 days. After 10 days, it will be returned to the warehouse. When you pick up your package, please remember to bring the delivery notice (pickup card, text message, email, if applicable) and a photo ID that matches the address on the delivery.

Common Shipping Issues:

1.Address Information:
Please carefully review your shipping address and include your house/apartment number (if applicable) before completing checkout.
We may not be able to assist you in situations including but not limited to: when you are not at the address when the package arrives; when you fail to pick up the package from the carrier, either at your home or another location; or if you do not retrieve the package after receiving a notification.
Products returned to the sender due to unclaimed delivery or incorrect address can be resent to you for the cost of shipping only, or you may receive a refund for the product cost excluding the shipping fees.

2.Lost Package:
If your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not actually received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. Please note that lost package reports must be filed within 72 hours of confirmed delivery (as shown by the tracking number). After 72 hours, even if a safe location for the package was provided, the package may not be retrievable.
