At SeekHeart, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy for any reason. Additionally, we stand by the quality of our products with a 180-day product guarantee for defects or issues.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please contact us at service@seekheart.com within 24 hours of purchase for a free cancellation.
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day, making cancellations difficult once submitted.
If cancellation is not possible and you no longer need the item, please try to decline the package upon delivery. If that's not feasible, follow our return policy for further assistance.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Return Policy

At SeekHeart, we aim to ensure your satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please review our return policy carefully.

Returning Unopened Merchandise

Eligibility:
We accept returns of unopened products with intact packaging and labels only. Opened items are considered used and cannot be returned unless defective.

Process:
a. Email pictures of the unopened packaging to service@seekheart.com within 90 days of purchase.
b. Once verified, we’ll provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
c. Allow 3-4 weeks for return processing. For updates, contact us anytime.

Common Scenarios:
a. Duplicate orders.
b. Changed your mind.
c. Purchased the wrong item.
d. Pricing disputes.

Incorrect Products

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 90 days of purchase and provide:
a. Pictures of the shipping label.
b. Pictures of the SKU on the product's packaging.
c. Pictures of the entire product and packaging.

Defective Products

If your product is defective within 90 days of purchase, email us at service@seekheart.com with:
a. Your order number and the defective product's SKU.
b. A brief description of the issue.
c. Photos or videos showing the defect.

Troubleshooting Tips (please review before reporting):
a. Ensure the product is fully charged.
b. Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
c. For remote-controlled items, check batteries and ensure the product is on before using the remote.
d. Consult the user manual.

If confirmed defective, we’ll replace it with the same model or one of equal value.

Lost or Returned Packages

a. Delivered but not received: Refunds are not available if the package shows as delivered.
b. Lost in transit: We’ll resend the same item.
c. Delivered to the wrong address: We’ll resend the same item.
d. Returned packages:
If returned due to address issues or failure to collect, we’ll resend the same item and charge a $6.99 shipping fee.
For returns caused by customs or postal issues, we’ll resend the same item. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for assistance.

High-Value Product Returns ($500 or More)

a. Processing Fee: Returns for orders of $500+ incur a 20% processing fee for:
Order cancellations.
Unopened product returns.
b. Video Verification: If your purchase exceeds $500, please record a video of the unboxing process. This will assist with resolving any product issues.

Orders under $500 are exempt from processing fees.
